Jah Shaka is known as the giant of British roots reggae. The artist formed his own sound in the early seventies and within a few years became the sound operator with the most powerful bass and the best dubs around. With the advent of dancehall Jah Shaka decides to go against the tide and remain a roots sound and starts producing music. Among his productions we find masterpieces by great artists such as Johnny Clarke, Max Romeo, Horace Andy, Mad Professor and many others from the UK Roots scene.

The world of Reggae is shaken by the loss on March 2nd of Bunny Wailer, founder and backbone of the legendary Wailers.
