Introversioni

Introversioni non è altro che un momento di condivisione degli ascolti caratterizzanti il periodo in atto e da cui Nekyia trae contaminazioni e ispirazione. Un percorso immersivo guidato da Nekyia rivolto a scandagliare i fondali della propria mente.

Tra la varietà non quantificabile di generi (dall’ambient/drone alla classica contemporanea, dall’elettronica sperimentale al post-rock/metal/hardcore, ma non solo) e l’orecchio è sempre interposto un filtro, quello dell’ascolto solitario, profondo e introspettivo.

Nekyia è l’alias con cui il produttore fiorentino Marco Squillace propone il suo sound introspettivo tra techno sperimentale, post-drum&bass e ambient in continua definizione espressiva.

Dopo l’ipnotico esordio del 2018 sull’undicesima release dell’etichetta UVB-76 Music di Bristol, la fine del 2019 è segnata dal primo solo-EP ‘Frames’, uscita vinyl-only per la svizzera re:st, oltre che dall’annuncio con il set all’Ohm Berlin della collaborazione con FossaDelRumore in cantiere per Voidance Records.
